Development built for the next level, not the next drill.

A 1:1 coaching program for serious baseball players, 14 and up, chasing college or pro. The Women's Pro Baseball League is here — for the first time in almost 30 years, there's a real pipeline. This is development built for that path, not an app or a template.

Girls get boys' programs
with a different logo.

Most training built for female baseball players is just the men's model, resized. It's not built around how you actually develop, compete, and recover — and it shows up in injuries, plateaus, and burnout that didn't need to happen.

What's Common

A generic template. A group class. A coach who knows your name but not your arm, your swing history, or what's actually going on in your season.

What This Is

A program built around one athlete at a time — informed by two decades of coaching, a playing career at the highest level, and hands-on injury prevention expertise.

What you actually get, every week.

No vague promises. Here's the weekly rhythm, in plain terms.

Weekly Development Report 1:1 Program
Custom Plan
Individualized every block — strength, arm care, speed, nutrition, and skill work built around your position, your season, and your goals. Not a shared template.
Video Analysis
Weekly swing or throw breakdown — send your video, get personal notes back. Real feedback, not a generic checklist.
Weekly Check-In
Reviewed personally — training compliance, wellness, and what's actually going on in your week. You're never just a number in a spreadsheet.
Live Calls
2x per week — Wednesday evening and a weekend session. Ask questions live, train alongside the rest of the cohort, build real community.
Office Hours
Daily evening text access — a real coach you can reach, with clear hours so it's sustainable for both of us.

Coached by someone who's played the game — both sides of it.

A small cohort. That's the whole model.

This isn't a scarcity gimmick — it's a schedule. A small roster is what one coach can actually give proper weekly attention to. As the rhythm gets dialed in, the size of each cohort may grow.

Before you apply.

What ages or levels is this for?

The program is built for serious athletes age 14 and up — high school, college, and post-college players on a competitive or pro track. We'll also consider an exceptional 12–13 year old who's already training at that level — reach out and we can talk through fit before you apply.

What if I need to reach you outside office hours?

Office hours mean a real, sustainable coach instead of a 24/7 chatbot. For anything urgent, we'll agree on a plan during onboarding.

What does it cost?

Pricing is discussed on a first call, once we've talked through your goals and fit — not before. Apply below and we'll set up a time to connect.

What happens after I apply?

You'll hear back within 48 hours to schedule a first conversation. That call is where we talk through goals, fit, and what the program looks like for you specifically.

Is there a free way to work with you?

If you're part of Chicago Perfect Catch, ask about the free team program, which includes a shared training template and one weekly community call.

A small cohort. One coach.
Real development.

Applications are reviewed personally — this isn't an instant checkout. Tell us about yourself and we'll follow up within 48 hours.
